give details of the estate agent dealing with the property, how to contact them etc!!!!!

How can this website possibly be taken seriously by estate agents if there is no way to contact them either by email or telephone from the site!!!
If it doesn't have this information, it is useless.

allow search by specified price range

It kept telling me (very randomly) that my search was for 250,000 - 350,000. I had to remove this criteria and view all prices. I wanted to search 100,000 - 130,000!

add a clear all filters button and have a filters string

add a clear all filters button and have a filters string at the top of the page to show what filters you have selected. VERY frustrating to find nothing for ages and realise that you had some obscure option set. Also filters don't clear with a page refresh making it even harder

allow a search distance from the town / postcode

When you specify a town / postcode, perhaps allow a search distance from there (ie for surrounding areas)

Move the Feedback icon - so NOT next to the vertical scroll

Move the "feed back" icon so not next to the vertical scroll bar, so you not easily activiate "feed back" when scrolling up and down.
